How do I make a return for my international Order?Updated 10 hours ago
- For orders shipping to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia, please start your return through our Returns Center.
Please note:We’re unable to accept returns on items with hazmat shipping restrictions (like Fenty Eau de Parfum or Liquid Killawatt).
In some cases, you may be eligible for a refund of some or all duties and taxes from your local customs office—please contact them directly for details.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for international returns.
