We want you to love your Fenty Beauty purchase! If for any reason you need to make a return, you can easily start the process by visiting our Returns Center.

• If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we offer free pre-paid returns for all for active FentyBeauty.com account holders on U.S. orders within 30 days of your purchase! For customers without a FentyBeauty.com account, we offer pre-paid returns for a $5 fee.

• We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, so we recommend keeping your tracking information until your return is complete.

• Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment and typically appear within 10 business days after we receive your return.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• At this time, we’re unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after returning your original product.
